FUTURE OF ZIRCONIA

 Dental CAD/CAM is no longer expensive or complex. By eliminating the need for milling machines, our CAM system enables seamless printing of both resins and zirconia—delivering a true all-in-one digital solution. With slurry printing technology at its core, this platform not only redefines today’s workflows but also paves the way for printing advanced technical glass ceramics in the near future.

STAGE 1 : SLURRY PREP

 Begins with the fresh preparation of zirconia slurry. Using our proprietary centrifugal planetary mixer, the slurry is homogenized to perfection, followed by a powerful vacuum system that efficiently removes trapped air. In just 20 minutes, the material is fully prepared and ready for printing. 

STAGE 2 : 3D PRINT

Step 2 is the 3D printing process with XLR8. Optimized resin tanks, advanced peel mechanisms, customized firmware, and a specially designed build plate all work together to ensure successful slurry printing. 

STAGE 3 : SINTER

 Stage 3 is sintering. With open debinding and sintering curves, the process is compatible with any standard sintering furnace—no special vacuum or inert gas environment required. Through open-air sintering, the parts achieve fully dense, 100% pure zirconia.
